It is specially designed to support the BEEK Grande, but it is also compatible with other similar models of pizza ovens. The chassis can be easily moved thanks to the strong 100mm casters, making it ideal for both fixed installations and mobile applications such as food trucks and outdoor events.

The installation of the chassis is simple and quick. It can be fully assembled or disassembled within 15 minutes, simplifying transportation and storage. This is especially useful for caterers and event planners who need to move their equipment regularly.

In addition, the chassis offers ample storage for wood, with space for about 0.5 cubic meters of stacked wood under the oven. The optional extension tops provide additional workspace and storage for kitchen utensils such as pizza scoops, swivel scoops and oven brushes. The first extension sheet measures 25×70 cm, ideal for storing tools, while the second 50×70 cm sheet serves as an additional workspace for preparing dishes.
