Every week we turn our pizza balls fresh and freeze them immediately to ensure freshness. This process ensures that you always have the best quality for your home-made pizzas.the balls are available in numbers of 20, 30 and 60 pieces, only to be picked up at our location.

Storage instructions
When purchased, you can freeze the pizza balls immediately and store them for up to 6 months. This makes it particularly convenient to always have a supply at home for when the pizza craving strikes. When ready to bake, simply remove the desired number of bulbs from the freezer. Let them thaw in a covered dough container or dish at room temperature for at least 6 hours. A little tip: lightly moisten the pizza balls before using them. Freezing allows the dough to lose some moisture, and slightly moistening them will restore the optimal texture.

Preparation of your pizza base
For rolling out the pizza base, we recommend rice sprinkling flour. This type of flour helps to create a perfect, non-stick bottom that is easy to handle.
